Beastie Boys have confirmed selected dates through the crucial swing states of the upcoming election. Joining the band in various markets will be Sheryl Crow, Ben Harper, Jack Johnson, Norah Jones, Crosby & Nash, Santogold, Tenacious D, and special guests, as well as representatives from the Rock The Vote, who will be on hand to distribute information on local polling sites, including early voting locations where available.

Norah will be performing at the 22nd Bridge School Benefit at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California on October 25th and 26th. Others scheduled to perform include Neil Young, Wilco, Jack Johnson, Smashing Pumpkins, Death Cab for Cutie, Cat Power, Sarah McLachlan, and others. Tickets go on sale this Sunday at 10:00 am (PDT) from TicketMaster and at Shoreline. Reserved seats are $75.00 and $150.00. Lawn seats are $39.95.

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- New West Records proudly introduces Norah Jones: Live From Austin, TX, the latest DVD release from the acclaimed PBS Austin City Limits (ACL) television series. Taken from the full ACL concert that was then edited into the half hour TV show, the DVD contains previously unreleased performances. The 18 song disc was filmed in Hi-Definition and has DTS 5.1 Surround Sound. Norah Jones: Live From Austin, TX, will be the first release from the series available as a Limited Edition 180 gram vinyl record. Vinyl will be available on August 5, 2008 with the DVD in stores September 2, 2008.
